About
Tammy
Tammy has been a full-time
Realtor in the Central Florida market since 2001, and became
a Broker in 2005. “I’m a people person, she
exclaimed. I love working with all kinds of people and
helping them with any kind of Real Estate here in Brevard
County. Whether its relocation new folks or businesses
to our area, helping a Seller get top dollar with the least
amount of stress, or steering nervous investors to the
right property, my challenge is to equip them with superior
local knowledge and as much information as possible so
they can make the right choice.”
Tammy has lived throughout the world (Caribbean, Mexico,
Brazil and the U.S.) and understands the complexities of
relocating, financing options, negotiating the deal, and
the need for attention to detail in every aspect of the
transaction. She has been a home-buyer and seller, condo-buyer
and seller and real estate investor, so she’s saavy
to the ‘pains and gains’ inherent in any real
estate transaction, in any kind of market. She is proud
to say that most of her clients return to her again and
again and provide her with terrific referrals.
She’s currently rehabbing a 1968 canal house in
Satellite Beach, and has a network of excellent plumbers,
electricians, handymen and design professionals to pass
on to her clients.
Armed with a B.A. in Spanish/French, Tammy pursued her
M.B.A. at Chicago’s DePaul University until child-rearing
intervened. Her prior work included benefits consulting
with AON Corporation and IC Industries in Chicago. She
raised three children in Winnetka on Chicago’s North
Shore, and loves boating and fishing when she’s not
chasing Real Estate deals.
